Zásilkovna opened a new logistics centre in Arete Park Plzeň

The construction took place on the territory of a revitalized brownfield and the building can be further expanded in the future if the landlord needs. Arete Park Borská pole offers space for light manufacturing, assembly and logistics with an area of over 18,000 sqm.

"As a tenant, we positively perceive the location of the entire Arete Plzeň project in the Borská pole industrial zone. The excellent connection of the park to the D5 motorway is also important. The investor is the Arete investment group, whose funds focus on real estate in Central and Eastern Europe. The industrial investment fund also includes other properties in western Bohemia, such as Arete Park Rokycany.
