Jan Andrus takes over the leasing and business development of P3 Logistic Parks in the Czech Republic

The Czech team of P3 Logistic Parks concentrates the core competencies for the leasing of the entire Czech portfolio in the hands of an experienced manager. Jan Andrus, who has led the leasing department for three years, will now also be responsible for sourcing and developing business opportunities.

"At P3 we pride ourselves on long-term collaborations. Many tenants are successfully expanding with us. The combination of the leasing and business development agenda is therefore a good fit and I am glad that Jan Andrus is taking it on," says Peter Jánoši, managing director of P3 Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Jan Andrus has a decade of experience at P3, having taken over the management of the leasing division of the existing portfolio three years ago. He will now also cover the completed speculative development agenda and from his position as Head of Leasing and Business Development CZ, he will expand his responsibilities to include the business development agenda.

"We offer much more than just leasing space. We focus on understanding the specific needs of our partners that are important for the implementation of their business plans, and then we address these in one of our many locations in the Czech Republic," says Jan Andrus.

Jan Andrus got into logistics and industrial real estate when he joined P3 Logistic Parks. Before that, he worked in the residential housing environment, and then he focused on retail projects, which he is putting to good use in P3 Parks, where the share of showrooms and retail warehouses is constantly growing.
