Developer Garbe has obtained a building permit for an industrial development near Brno
Garbe has received a building permit for the construction of two industrial buildings in Pohořelice, approximately 30 kilometres south of Brno, close to the R52 expressway. The construction of two halls of 20,000 and 11,000 sqm will begin and will be available to interested parties in eight months. The entire project, called Garbe Park Brno South, will emphasize sustainability, high technical requirements, energy savings and associated low operating costs, according to the developer.
"We entered the Czech market four years ago and Garbe Park Brno South will be our sixth industrial complex we are building here. The development in the South Moravian Region also makes a lot of sense due to the fact that the long-term vacancy rate of industrial space here is around one percent," says Martin Stratov, country head Czech Republic and Slovakia at Garbe.
During its existence, the developer has built industrial parks in České Budějovice, Chomutov, Klášterec nad Ohří, Loděnice and Velké Osek.
