Pavla Procházková promoted to Prologis European management

Prologis has long recognised Pavla Procházková's outstanding work in improving the quality of customer service in Central Europe and has promoted her to the new position of Vice President, Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead for Europe.

Procházková will bring her extensive experience in Real Estate Customer Experience (RECX) at national and regional level to the European stage. This significant step in her career is part of an organizational change at Prologis to foster closer team cohesion in the delivery of customer service. Pavla Procházková's new role is the result of a streamlining of the pan-European RECX team structure.

Procházková joined Prologis in 2010 and has held the position of Central Europe Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead, Director since 2022. She leads the technical and commercial management of millions of square metres of logistics properties, including budgeting, overseeing energy procurement, maintenance and inspections, asset management strategies and insurance management.

As Vice President, Real Estate and Customer Experience Lead for Europe, Procházková will continue her mission to ensure that customers across Europe receive the full benefits of being in Prologis parks.
