CTP to deliver 20,000 sqm at Bucharest North park this fall

The rest of the park will be developed in stages by the end of 2021. CTPark Bucharest North's first tenant is DSV Group, a global supplier of transport and logistics and a long-term partner of CTP. The 10,000 sqm space leased by DSV Group was built according to the needs of the group and will be ready this fall. CTPark Bucharest North is located in Stefanesti, Ilfov County, and will have an operational space of 100,000 sqm.
