• the rack warehouse has a handling area which also serves as a free storage warehouse - here the temperature is maintained at +2°C to +6°C

• 5 dispatch points equipped with hydraulic levelling bridges (size 2 x 2.7 m, max. axial force 60 KN) and sealing inflatable collars are designed for the supply and dispatch of goods - accessible from the adjacent paved area of the courtyard
• the dispatch points are equipped with electrically operated sectional doors of 3 x 3 m
• a covered area by the waste management area with adjoining gates provides the possibility of ground level supply
• the main load-bearing structure of the building consists of a reinforced concrete skeleton with Spiroll ceiling panels
• the dividing walls between the refrigerated warehouse and the handling area are made of heat-insulating fire-resistant panels with mineral filling
• the packaging warehouse is walled and insulated from the refrigerated part with a conventional PUR panel
• in the administrative part the partitions and ceilings are moisture-impregnated plasterboard, in the offices soundproofed
• 4x ramps, 1x ramp for deliveries, 1x direct entrance
