Conseq and Accolade complete acquisition of industrial building from 7R in Poland
The second oldest real estate fund in the country available to the general public, Conseq real estate, has added another foreign asset to its management. The hall in Bílsko-Biała, Poland, is the fourth addition to its portfolio this year. Conseq will hold a 90% stake in the project, with Accolade holding the remaining 10%.

Leading logistics company extends long-term cooperation with Prologis in Rudná park
Prologis has entered into a new lease agreement with a leading global logistics company for 11,000 m² of space at Prologis Park Prague-Rudná. The contract strengthens the long-term partnership between the two companies. The conclusion of this agreement brings Prologis Park Prague-Rudná to near full occupancy, which only confirms the long-standing high demand for this premium location on the outskirts of Prague with excellent transport accessibility and direct connection to the D5 motorway. The 237,000 m² park in Rudná is one of the largest Prologis parks in the Czech Republic. Currently 98.5% of the warehouse space is leased, with only a few smaller units remaining vacant.

Accolade expands into South Bohemia. Accolade buys GARBE Park České Budějovice for more than CZK 2.5 billion
Accolade Group is expanding into South Bohemia. It has purchased the GARBE Park České Budějovice project from GARBE Industrial Real Estate (GARBE) - the first completed and fully leased Hall 4, the new Hall 5 recently handed over to the tenant, and the prepared land for future construction on the site. This will be provided by a joint venture between Accolade and GARBE. The total volume of the transaction exceeded EUR 100 million, i.e. nearly CZK 2.5 billion. It is one of the largest transactions on the commercial real estate market this year and ranks second in the industrial real estate segment.

In the P3 Prague Horní Počernice industrial park, a 25,000 sqm commercial gallery offering over 1,000 vehicles has been created. The main hall of almost 10,000 sqm, supplemented by outdoor areas, provides space for more than 1,000 vehicles, ranging from new and used models to commercial vehicles and motorhomes. The building was originally used to store electronics and has been completely renovated to accommodate cars.

Arete Group sells logistics complex Park Rokycany II, heads abroad for shopping
The Arete investment group has these days completed the sale of its logistics complex Arete Park Rokycany II to the Reico Long Lease fund managed by Reico investment company Erste Asset Management. The divestment is part of the fund's strategy to achieve maximum return on the assets under management of the Arete Industrial fund. The fund will use the proceeds from the transaction for new acquisitions and further development of the portfolio.

Cross-dock in Zdice shipped almost 140 thousand shipments in a year
International logistics company Kuehne+Nagel has announced that more than 147,000 tonnes of goods of all kinds have already passed through its terminal in Zdice in the Central Bohemian Region during its first year of operation, with almost 140,000 consignments shipped by the staff there.

Laying the foundation stone of the BMW Group's state-of-the-art logistics centre
Representatives of the Czech developer Gridarch (formerly Concens Investments), the BMW Group, the Statutory City of Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian Region jointly planted the first three Czech lime trees in the BMW Group's logistics centre project on Thursday 15 May 2025. It will be built on an area of 126,000 m2 of Phase III of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (#OAMP) near the Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov. Its pilot operation should start in Q1 2026, with full operation at the end of 2026. The BMW Group will ship its production components overseas from Mošnov - mainly to Asia and America.

Panattoni announces tenant in Zdice and signing of memorandum in Karviná
Two new products on the Czech market have been announced these days by the developer Panattoni. Noviko Animal Health, a member of the Covetrus Group, which supplies dog, cat and other pet food under the Calibra brand, is a new tenant at its premises in Zdice, Central Bohemia. And last week, its representatives signed a memorandum of cooperation on the Panattoni Smart Park Karviná industrial zone with neighbouring towns and institutions.
