Fio Investment Company announces a second acquisition to its Fio Real Estate Fund. The real estate fund buys GARBE Park Chomutov industrial park from the property developer GARBE. The value of the transaction is EUR 33 million, or approximately CZK 840 million.

The construction of Phase II of the Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (OAMP) project near Leoš Janáček Airport in Mošnov has begun.
