The Czech team of P3 Logistic Parks concentrates the core competencies for the leasing of the entire Czech portfolio in the hands of an experienced manager. Jan Andrus, who has been leading the leasing department for three years, will now also be responsible for prospecting and developing business opportunities.
Nearly 8 million square meters of new manufacturing and warehousing space could be developed in the Czech Republic in the coming years. The total supply of industrial real estate would thus exceed 21 million sqm. A significant part of the new buildings could be built on existing brownfield sites, which in some regions are almost the only option for new construction on a meaningful site - among other things due to the increased protection of valuable agricultural land. A new study by real estate consultancy 108 REAL ESTATE shows this.
Investment and real estate group ARETE has completed the acquisition of a major logistics park in western Poland. ARETE is thus expanding its operations outside the Czech and Slovak Republics and entering the Polish market. The park will strengthen the portfolio of the ARETE INDUSTRIAL fund, whose total leasable area will increase by 25% and the value of assets under management will exceed CZK 7.5 billion.

DSV adds another entry in its rich history of acquisitions. It announced its largest transaction to date, the purchase of Schenker from Deutsche Bahn.
